GENERAL ADMISSION PRIZE DRAW
Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of each Prize Draw is Netfluential Limited (the “Promoter”) of 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. The prize (as described below) is provided by Formula One Digital Media Limited of No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (“F1”).
2. Each prize draw (individually a “Prize Draw” and collectively the “Prize Draws”) is open to residents aged eighteen (18) and over of the UK, EU, USA and other territories where its operation and the Prize is permitted. Where operation of a Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, the relevant Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter. Where the Prize involves attendance at an event, be able to legally enter the country where the relevant event is being held (for the avoidance of doubt, if a visa and/or valid passport are necessary for you to legally enter the country, the entrant must be (a) eligible to obtain a visa; and (b) hold a valid passport.
3. The Prize Draws are not open to (a) employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, F1, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draws and their family members; (b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them; and (c) residents of any countries subject to USA, UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus.
4. By entering a Prize Draw you are accepting these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
5. These Terms and Conditions shall be effective for all entries into a Prize Draw in respect of the relevant Formula 1 Grands Prix events as determined by F1 where the Promoter operates a spectator research survey (“Survey Events").
6. HOW TO ENTER
6.1 A Prize Draw will be held for each Survey Event for each Race Prize (defined below) (each a “Race Prize Draw” and together the “Race Prize Draws”) and one (1) Prize Draw will be held at the end of the 2025 season for the Season Prize (defined below) (the “Season Prize Draw”).
(a) Each Race Prize Draw shall open at 00.01 BST/GMT (as applicable being local time in London, UK) on the Tuesday preceding the relevant Grand Prix (the “Opening Date”) and close at 23.59 BST/GMT (as applicable being local time in London, UK) on the Tuesday following such Grand Prix (the “Closing Date”). Entries received outside this time period will be void and will not be eligible to win any prize.
(b) The Season Prize Draw shall open 00.01 GMT (being local time in London, UK) on Tuesday 11 March 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and close at 23.59 GMT (being local time in London, UK) on Tuesday 9 December 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received outside this time period will be void and will not be eligible to win any prize.
6.2 In order to be eligible for either Prize Draw, survey participants must attend a Survey Event and then complete a survey of their experience. Every question of the survey that is marked as mandatory must be completed.
6.3 In entering a Prize Draw, survey participants confirm that they are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter a Prize Draw.
6.4 Upon completion and submission of the survey, participants will have the option to be entered into the relevant Race Prize Draw and Season Prize Draw by providing a valid email address. The winner of a Prize Draw will be contacted via email. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and the entrant will not be eligible to win any Prize. All personal data provided by the entrants when entering the Prize Draw(s) will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy [Privacy Policy — Netfluential].
6.5 Although participants must have purchased a ticket to attend a Survey Event to complete the survey, no further purchase from the Promoter or F1 is necessary to enter a Prize Draw. Purchase of any item does not enhance your chance of winning. If you have any questions about how to enter or otherwise in connection with the Prize Draws, please email the Promoter at f1@netfluential.com with “Spectator Research Survey Prize Draw” in the subject line.
6.6 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted per Race Prize Draw. Where a person has attended multiple Survey Events, they shall be entitled to one(1) entry per Survey Event for the Season Prize Draw. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner of a Prize Draw shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning survey submission. Any attempt to enter the Race Prize Draw (and Season Prize Draw where only one (1) Survey Event has been attended) more than one (1) time by use of multiple names, email accounts, or any other means is grounds for disqualification.
6.7 Promoter and F1 (and its related companies) accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
7. PRIZES
7.1 Provided that the winners of each Prize Draw comply with these Terms and Conditions, they will be entitled to receive the relevant prizes as described below:
(a) For each Race Prize Draw, an item of Formula 1® official merchandise (to be determined by F1) (each a “Race Prize” and together the “Race Prizes”); Each Race Prize shall include the cost of postage; and
(b) For the Season Prize Draw, two (2) grandstand or general admission tickets (depending on location) to a 2026 Grand Prix from a short-list provided by F1 (the “Season Prize”). Both tickets for the Season Prize must be for the same Grand Prix and are subject to availability. In case of no availability for the preferred Grand Prix, the winner will be asked for their second, third etc. preference until a Grand Prix with availability has been found for the Season Prize,
(the Race Prizes and the Season Prize are each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”).
7.2 The Season Prize listed in 7.1(b) above consists of the circuit grandstand or general admission (as applicable) ticket only and does not include any associated costs or expenses including travel, insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports, stations or ports, food and drink, spending money, or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. It is also the sole responsibility of the Season Prize winner to ensure compliance with any ticket terms and conditions applicable to such grandstand or general admission (as applicable) ticket including any entry requirements in relation to the relevant Grand Prix.
7.3 The approximate retail value for the Prizes are as follows:
(a) with respect to the Race Prize, the item of Formula 1® official merchandise may have a maximum approximate retail value of €120 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY EUROS) per Race Prize; and
(b) with respect to the Season Prize, £400 (FOUR HUNDRED GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) per two (2) general admission or grandstand tickets.
7.4 Promoter and F1 (and its related companies) accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly included above. Each Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income (if any).
7.5 The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.
7.6 Promoter and F1 reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or any part of the Prize) with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of an event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond the Promoter’s or F1’s contract. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portions of the Prize will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.
7.8 The Prizes as set above and awarded to the Prize winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the Prize winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prize issued pursuant to these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.
8. WINNERS
8.1 There shall be only two (2) winners per Race Prize Draw for all Survey Events with the exception of the Race Prize Draw for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025 which shall have five (5) winners. There shall be only one (1) winner for the Season Prize Draw. The winners will be selected by way of a random draw from all entries received between the relevant Opening Date and Closing Date, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
8.2 The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw for the Race Prize winners will take place each Friday following the relevant Survey Event, at Promoter’s offices at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. The draw for the Season Prize winner will be held Friday 12 December 2025 at the Promotor’s offices at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
8.3 Each winner will be notified by email that they have won on the day of the relevant draw as described in 8.2 above and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize.
8.4 If the winner does not respond to the Promoter and/or take reasonable steps to follow the Promoter’s instructions on how to claim their Prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified of their win and provided with such instructions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification or provision of instructions or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
8.5 If the winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
8.6 The decision of the judges regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.
8.7 After the winner has been informed, the Promotor will publish the winning entry on its website in accordance with local privacy laws. Proof that a valid winner was awarded can also be obtained after the date of the Prize Draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter, address: Netfluential, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
8.8 The winner consents to the use by the Promotor and F1 (and its related companies), both before and after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s name for publicity purposes (in any medium and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Promoter and F1 (and its related companies)) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, each entrant consents to the same. Residents of Tennessee or any other U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to require agreement to a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning a Prize shall not be bound by this paragraph 8.8 to the extent it is lawful.
8.9 Where the entrant has consented to receive marketing communications from any person other than the Promoter, the entrants details may be passed to such person(s) and organisation(s) that the entrant has consented to receiving marketing communications from.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1 F1 (and its related companies) accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of accepting the Prize(s) save to the extent that such liability results from (a) death or personal injury caused by F1’s negligence; (ii) F1’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.
9.2 F1 (and its related companies) shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations to provide the Prizes in relation to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
9.3 The Prize Draws and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, entrants may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where they live which could apply to their entry in the Prize Draw.
