Post-Event Survey Merchandise Promotion
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZE AWARD.
1. Promotion. These rules (“Rules”) apply to Sponsor’s (as defined below) “Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix 2025 – Post-Event Survey Merchandise Promotion” (the “Promotion”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and no deposit, entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion, as defined below.
2. Sponsor. The Promotion is sponsored by Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), which may be contacted by email at info@f1lasvegasgp.com, or by mail at PO Box 19276, Las Vegas, NV 89132, Attn: Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix 2025 – Post-Event Survey Merchandise Promotion.
3. Promotion Dates. Promotion begins at 3:00:00 P.M. Pacific Time on November 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific Time on December 12, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Period for whatever reason without notification.
4. Acceptance of Rules and Terms. Each eligible participant (“Participants”) agrees that he or she has reviewed and accepts these Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.f1lasvegasgp.com/privacy-policy), and Terms of Use(https://www.f1lasvegasgp.com/terms-of-use), and Arbitration Agreement https://www.f1lasvegasgp.com/arbitration-agreement). SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE CONTAIN BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION CLAUSES. PLEASE REVIEW THESE CLAUSES CAREFULLY AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Each Participant agrees to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
5. Eligibility. All Participants entering the Promotion must comply with all terms and conditions of these Rules. Participants may enter the Promotion by using one of the methods described in Section 6 below. The Promotion is open to lawful U.S. residents of any state, other than residents of New York, Florida or Rhode Island and where otherwise prohibited by law, who, on the date of entry, are at least 18 years of age. Eligibility is limited to individuals. The officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and Liberty Media Corporation and each of their respective parent and subsidiary companies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion, and the immediate family members (grandparent, parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) of and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
6. How To Enter.
a. You may enter the Promotion by either (i) if you were an Event Attendee (as defined below), completing one of two post-event spectator research surveys during the Promotion Period, or (ii) completing a Free Alternative Method of Entry (as described below) in compliance with the terms of Section 6(b) below. For the avoidance of doubt, if entering pursuant to Section 6(a)(i), each Participant will receive only one (1) entry independent of whether such Participant completes both surveys. As used herein, “Event Attendee” means an attendee of the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix 2025, then you will be emailed a link to participate in one of two surveys.
b. Individuals may participate in this Promotion without completing the steps enumerated in Section 6(a)(i) by completing and submitting the official entry form available at https://www.f1lasvegasgp.com/post-event-survey-merchandise-promotion-submission/ (the “AMOE Form”). All required fields on the AMOE Form must be completed in full and submitted during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be void. AMOE Form entries will be treated the same as all other entries for purposes of the Drawings.
c. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries, and shall not have any obligation to advise a Participant of an incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable entry. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted.
7. Selection of Winner.
a. There will be ten (10) prize drawings (i.e. five drawings per post-event spectator research survey referenced in Section 6(a) above) after the Promotion Period ends (“Drawings”). One eligible Participant will be randomly selected during each Drawing (each a “Potential Winner”) to win the prize set forth in the table below (the “Prize”). The Drawings will be completed no earlier than the end of the Promotion Period and no later than 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific Time on December 19, 2025.
b. The Potential Winner will be notified by Sponsor via email (“Winner Notification”). The Winner Notification will include instructions for claiming the Prize, which will include a requirement for the Potential Winner to sign a winner’s affidavit.
c. Subject to verification of eligibility, completing any required forms and compliance with these Rules, the Potential Winner will be declared an official winner of the Drawings (each a “Winner”). Eligibility determinations shall be in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The purchase of any goods or services will not increase any Participant’s chances of winning. All decisions of Sponsor regarding the Promotion and the application of these Rules are in Sponsor’s sole discretion, final, and binding.
d. If the Potential Winner fails to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of Sponsor sending the Winner Notification or forfeits or is disqualified for any reason, an alternative Potential Winner may be randomly selected, or the Prize may be reallocated to another eligible Participant, in all cases in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
e. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with his or her receipt and use of the Prize. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of greater or equal value if the Prize cannot be awarded as stated. Sponsor will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of Sponsor’s jurisdiction, and Winners must complete appropriate IRS forms and provide accurate address and tax identification or social security details to Sponsor to allow Sponsor to comply with tax regulations and share with appropriate tax authorities.
f. Sponsor is responsible only for the Prize delivery and expressly disclaims responsibility for Prize utility, quality, or otherwise. Sponsor does not provide tax advice, nor should any statements in these Rules be construed as tax advice.
8. Prize and Odds. The Prize is described in the table below. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the Drawings.

9. No Warranties. THE PRIZE IS AWARDED AS-IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Applicable Rules and Winner’s List. For the winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (unless otherwise prohibited by local law) to Las Vegas Grand Prix, PO Box 19276, Las Vegas, NV 89132, Attention: Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix 2025 – Post-Event Survey Merchandise Promotion Prize List. All such requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of the Promotion Period.
11. No Third-Party Sponsor. Other than Sponsor, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association or affiliated with any person, entity, third party (including, without limitation, Apple, Inc. or Google, Inc.). Facebook, Instagram, X and any other social media site used by Sponsor to promote the Promotion (collectively “Social Media Sites”) are not sponsors, endorsers, or affiliated in any way with the Promotion. All questions regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not any Social Media Site. You agree as a condition of participating in the Promotion that you shall release Social Media Sites from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
12. Publicity. Each Participant (irrespective of whether or not such individual wins the Prize), grants to each of the Promotion Entities (as defined below) an independent, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferrable, non-exclusive, worldwide right (but not obligation) and license to publicize and use such individual’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness, and to make, use, distribute and exhibit still images and video recordings thereof, and Prize information for any reason whatsoever (including commercial purposes) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation or consideration, notification, right of review or permission, unless prohibited by law.
13. Additional Terms and Conditions. The decisions made by Sponsor’s management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring, rules, prizes and compliance with Sponsor’s standards of conduct shall be final. No correspondence will be entered into or entertained by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to these Rules as provided for and to make other reasonable changes, including (a) to ensure the fairness of competition, and (b) in response to unanticipated developments, such as, but not limited to, technical failures, errors, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, and changes in applicable law.
14. Choice of Law and Disputes. Disputes shall be subject to the provisions in Sponsor’s Arbitration Agreementhttps://www.f1lasvegasgp.com/arbitration-agreement),which are hereby incorporated by reference.
15. Conditions of Participation; Release; Limitations of Liability. By participating, Participant hereby release, hold harmless, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge the Promotion Entities, each of their sponsors and advertisers, retailers, divisions, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Promotion, and each of their respective directors, employees, officers, members, managers, partners, board members, representatives and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action of any kind that in any way now or hereinafter may arise from or relate to the Promotion, including without limitation (i) the administration of the Promotion, such as typographical, printing, seeding, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of any Prize or any related materials, inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, or damaged entries, any delays in delivery or lack of availability of any Prize or Prize materials and/or (ii) Participant’s participation in the Promotion offered by Sponsor or their acceptance or use of the Prize, or participation in any Prize related activities, including, without limitation, any travel related thereto, and death and bodily injury (including emotional distress), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any Prize or participation in any Prize-related activities. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be (a) acting in violation of these Rules or (b) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Without limiting the foregoing, in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion as contemplated by any event beyond its control, including, without limitation, a force majeure, fire, flood, epidemic or other national health emergency, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, public health crisis, or other cause not reasonably within its control, then Sponsor shall also have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated, canceled, or postponed for any reason whatsoever, the Approximate Retail Value (as set forth in the table above) of the Prize will be awarded solely to the extent required by applicable law.
16. Gender Neutral Language. Words of any gender used in these Rules shall be held and construed to include any other gender, and words in the singular number shall be held to include the plural, unless the context otherwise requires.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE SPONSOR’S SERVICE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION OFFERED BY SPONSOR IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFER ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL FOR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND/OR TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
